Job Description
Facilitates the Path to Recovery program which entails interviewing and educating community members including incarcerated individuals about Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Contact will be both in an individual and group setting. May be expected to provide coverage for CHOICES school intervention groups which are facilitated by other Mobile Interventionists, when requested by Supervisor.
Principal Results Expected: (What performance goals do you expect for this position)
Able to collaborate with clients to assist them in choosing the appropriate Medication Assisted Treatment for their individual needs. Interact with referral sources to facilitate prompt, effective services for the client. Interact cooperatively with professional Liaisons, supporting the ongoing marketing and referral communications efforts. Complete all required training and mandatory training hours.
(Knowledge/Professional/Technical Competencies)
Skills in individual and group facilitation and experience working with clients that are incarcerated. Ability to complete drug/alcohol level of care assessments helpful. Strong working knowledge of PA Confidentiality laws.
Experience working with individuals and groups in Lehigh County Jail and Work Release helpful.
Experience in drug and alcohol treatment is preferred.

Other (education level, level of computer skills, etc.)
1) A Masters Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work,
counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field) or other related field.
2) A Bachelors Degree with the same educational requirements and one year of clinical experience.
3) A Associates Degree with the same educational requirements and two years of clinical experience.
