Job Overview:SummaryThe Outreach and Training Coordinator is key team member in support of the Spectrum Solutions Practice. The primary responsibility of the Outreach and Training Coordinator is to support the Spectrum Solutions Outreach and Development Director in the execution of outreach, recruiting and job readiness training across the practice focused on candidates on the spectrum. ResponsibilitiesAssists in all outreach activities in support of pipeline development, candidate flow and agency collaboration for CAIA?s Spectrum Solutions Practice. Develops and maintains partnerships with universities, social groups, government agencies and community organizations that provide social and job referral opportunities to adults on the spectrum to ensure initial and continued collaboration and referrals.Researches and offers suggestions on recruitment activities and practices that complement current efforts.Tracks all outreach efforts on designated tracking sheets or systems.Maintains heavy e:mail and phone contact with families and referral sources to ensure satisfaction and stability in referral flow.Facilitates and supports various aspects of specialty recruitment projects, such as college and job fairs recruiting.Assists Director in coordinating de:escalation and crisis management training for management.Monitors practice e:mail box and engages with candidate inquires. Assesses inquires, engages with inquiries as appropriate and schedules follow up inquiries/phone screens. Coordinates all venue selection and scheduling for Retreat (Meet and Greets) and training scheduling including all logistics.Screens candidates and schedules for Retreat (Meet and Greet) sessions Makes recommendation for training program and communicates decisions to applicants and family members as appropriate.Facilitates training program and produces weekly evaluations for each participant.Provides recommendation to Hiring Manager at the end of training municates decisions to the participants and extend offers.Provides on:boarding support to participants and site piles key result metrics to be shared with senior leadership.Maintain all applicant flow records in current system.Assists in educating CAI associates, communities and referral sources about CAI Autism Solutions practice.Manages training inventory and prepares materials for training sessions.Supports Director with on:going curriculum development.Assesses applicantA?s needs and partners with hiring manager in developing plans for proper and reasonable accommodations and suggesting alternative accommodations as needed.Ensures highest level of protection of employeeA?s rights to privacy regarding records and confidentiality.Perform all other job related duties as requested.
