Assist the senior leadership staff in the effective coordination of operations in the primary care centers to ensure quality patient care. Oversee the direct day:to:day operations of the assigned facilities.Ensure efficient and complete patient scheduling operationEnsure timely and efficient flow of patients from waiting room through visit to discharge.Promote quality customer service.Ensure all necessary information is gathered, promoted, and verified for all insurance and other payer programs CHC participates with, as well as training of staff to do the same Ensures point:of:service financial transactions are properly conducted on a daily basis, including periodic training of staff to support this functionSupervises staff in conjunction with the organizationA?s managerial/leadership practices, including front desk staff scheduling and overseeing effective staff peer reviewBachelorA?s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Excellent analytical skills and advanced computer skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust possess outstanding interpersonal relationship skills with demonstrated ability to supervise others as well as frequent contacts with program managers, directors and senior management.
