Our client in Flemington, NJ currently has an immediate opening for an Customer Service/Dispatcher. The company supplies precision, efficiency, innovation, and all-around expertise to both public and private transportation systems.
This is a temporary position (up to 4 weeks) working M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a ½ hour lunch.
Job Role includes:
Plan, schedule and maintain work orders.
Provide administrative support such as answering phones, data entry, schedule maintenance
Experience in an office as an Administrative Coordinator
Experience with dispatching and scheduling
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to learn company processes quickly.
Dedicated to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Ability to nurture customer relationships.
Highly proficient with Office Suite-Word and Excel
