Our client in the Hatfield area is seeking an Administrative Assistant! This is a long term temporary opportunity. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for clerical duties, supporting the service department. The Administrative Assistant will also handle receptionist responsibilities including greeting incoming guests and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in an administrative capacity; computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and a self-starting personality, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This is a full time temporary opportunity.
The pay rate for this position is $12-14/hour depending on Admin experience
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm

Working hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm

Skills:
- 1-2 years experience working in an administrative capacity
- Municipal experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and a self-starting personality, able to manage multiple tasks effectively
