Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supports sales team, utilizing product and systems knowledge as well as research to determine pricing and coverage limitations. Ensures all qualified discounts are provided in presentation and coverages are adequate per client need.
Confers with sales team to develop proposal strategy, presentation method to be used, as well as timing based on underwriting approval.
Effectively manages agencies Lead Generation Agreements (LGAs) by quoting, based on time sensitivity, premium size and sales representative, making modifications as necessary and at times assists with the arrangment of contract signing.
Assists in the mutual referral coordination of prospects between F and G Agency, LLC and Fisher Golkin Group, LLC.
Checks for assigned policies and online leads throughout the week and proactively prepares new business proposals.
Participate in the renewal calling efforts to set review appointments, cross sell policies, and ensure clients are educated on their policies.
Handles a large volume of phone calls and emails; clearly communicate ideas, effectively responds to all aspects of customer or representative inquiries, requests regarding quotes, product/service information, discounts, pricing, etc.
Reviews all prospect and client company profiles to target specific client initiatives (i.e. affinity discounts, new product/store launches; social causes, new initiatives, new targets, etc.)
Delivers professional customer service at all times and documents all relevant activities in Agency CRM system (PipelineDeals).
Presents to customers in a way that reflects the company as a positive, professional organization dedicated to customer service.
Maintains confidentiality while working closely with client information.
Uses market research information to evaluate, adjust, and redirect prospects.
Prepares tailored proposals and presentations for each client.

Physical Actions
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum, and seeing.
Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate:controlled office environment.
Education Requirements
Four:year college degree desired.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years business experience, or equivalent.
Property, Casualty and Life licensure.
