Role Summary
The Implementation Service Coordinator serves as a support person for Implementation and Client Services\\. They are responsible for supporting the installation of new businessas well as complex administrative tasks on the inforce Middle Market and Select books of business\\. The Implementation Service Coordinatorwill ensure timely and accurate set up of all internal policy generation systems, plus research and respond to time sensitive issues and requests from Implementationand Client Services so that they may respond to the client\\. The Implementation Service Coordinator has a thorough understanding of processes and procedures and knows how to navigate the internal infrastructure to complete requests accurately and on time\\.
+ The Implementation Service Coordinator has overall responsibility for the end\\-to\\-end management of the loading and releasing of the policy generation systems as well as the completion of the internal data documents used to downstream case information to our internal business partners\\. The Implementation Service Coordinator will interact directly with the Implementation Manager and other internal business units as needed to ensure accurate implementations\\.
+ The Implementation Service Coordinator will own the generation of all internal data once the Implementation Manager has provided complete and accurate data\\. The Implementation Service Coordinator will need to engage in clear and effective communication to establish responsibilities and expectations on each implementation\\.
+ The Implementation Service Coordinator is also responsible for creating and updating client profile information within the database with key metric/milestone information\\.
+ They must also be able to load and apply product knowledge to ensure accurate policy generation\\.
+ Will be responsible for resolving issues with the Implementation Manager relative to the policy generation, timing and deliverables\\.
+ Responsible for researching complex inquiries, solving non\\-routine problems using independent judgment and discretion, and ensuring Client Services/Account Manager have appropriate information to respond to the client\\.
+ Demonstrate the ability to work with appropriate Cigna resources to resolve complex service issues\\.
+ Possess extensive knowledge of products and services and a thorough understanding of clients in the book of business\\.
+ Develop and maintain effective business partnerships to ensure service requests are actively managed; communicate clearly, accurately and effectively with all business partners
+ Fully support Implementation Managers, Client Services / Account Manager in achieving their business goals and objectives in persistency, profitability, growth and service\\.
+ Participate in regularly scheduled feedback and information exchange sessions with key business partners
+ Training and mentoring of less experienced team members
+ Identify process improvements and participate in cross functional projects
+ High degree of technical expertise on products, services and processes\\.
+ Minimum of 3 years related work experience\\.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail\\.
+ Mastery of written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate required\\.
+ Ability to multi\\-task and set priorities to achieve goals\\.
+ Proficiency with tools and systems required\\.
+ Able to accept tasks and see them through to completion accurately\\.
+ Analyze specific scenarios and provide consultative advice and alternative solutions to business
